Candace was born and raised in Hawaii. She is a proud graduate of St. Francis High School class of 2011 as she puts it “before the boys came in and when we were called Troubadours.”  

After high school she pursued a nursing degree at Chaminade University of Honolulu and after 2 ½ years she decided that nursing wasn’t for her. In between nursing school and her current career she worked in sales at a cell phone company and cable company. On a dare, she decided to enter Power 104.3’s (KPHW-FM) “Hawaii’s Next Radio Star” in 2017 and dazzled the judges from day one and made her way through tough competition to claim the title. Ever since then she has been waking up Hawaii daily and helping people get their day started with a laugh. After starting radio she decided that she wanted to us her platform for good. Each year she teams up with Kapakahi Grindz to Feed The Hungry. She collects donations and they cook over 100 bentos each year and as a whole they pass them out to people who are in need. 

Candace currently resides in Wahiawa with her 1 year old daughter, Kira, and her other half, Kawika. Aside from radio she also does freelance makeup where she has done makeup for pageants, weddings, proms and more. She hopes this brand brings you as much joy to you as it does to her.
